What Does Not Require a Permit?
- New or replacement cabinetry
- Countertops
- Tiling
- Carpeting
- Painting
- Backyard play equipment
- Sidewalks and concrete patios no more than 30” high
- Fences up to 6’ high (restrictions apply)
- Retaining walls up to 3’ high with a level backfill
- Window air conditioners with wall plug
- Tool/storage sheds under 120 s.f. (restrictions apply)
